Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any signs of wear, washing, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@zovic.live or call +91 7330750100 within 7 days
of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and
reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We'll send you return shipping instructions and a return
authorization number
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags
attached
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided in our instructions
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
(wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for
returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the return
- Approval: You'll receive an email confirmation
- Processing: Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same
product, please contact us at support@zovic.live. For size exchanges, we recommend returning the
original
item and placing a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@zovic.live
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We
will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
